“I was on a solo trip and my arrival at MSY was very early in the morning. Not expecting to be able to check in at my hotel until later in the day; I booked two Gators Ghosts tours on my arrival day. My first tour was a pontoon tour from Jean Lafitte, and it was a great trip. Guide T Earl was very attentive and entertaining, and the wetlands we toured were absolutely gorgeous.
My second tour was a city tour, and I loved it. I saw a few areas of the city that I haven't seen before; even though I've been to the city dozens of times. The guide was very knowledgeable and pointed out several things that were quite meaningful to me; and the driver was great as well.
Thanks Gators & Ghosts for a day to remember!”

“The airboat ride was fun. We booked the medium airboat. The shuttle bus picked us up from in front of our hotel as advertised and dropped us off at the same spot. Our tour guide Kenny was very knowledgeable, funny and friendly. Would recommend this! I wish I had paid a little more and taken the smaller airboat I think it would be worth it here for sure.”

“Thank you to both of our tour guides for making our time in New Orleans a wonderful experience!! Carter was our guide on the swamp tour and we had a great time on a small airboat in the swamps. We did see gators and tons of birds and we learned a lot. Carter was very knowledgeable about the plants and animals in the preserve as well as the history of the area.
We also got to experience the walking vampire tour. Our guide was a historian with tons of information and stories about the city of New Orleans.
I feel like this was a fun and bonding experience with the whole family. We have 2 teenagers and 2 in their twenties. These tours were some of the highlights of our vacation!”

“Katherine was our tour guide. She was very knowledgeable. Everyone honestly loved her on our tour. Unlike other tours, there was not B.S. theatrics. I fact checked her during the tour and found that the information provided was very accurate (scary to think). I would highly recommend this tour to anyone interested and definitely recommend Katherine as well.”

“We decided to take this walking tour on our last day in New Orleans, and we were BEYOND glad we did. Our tour guide Nica was PHENOMENAL! She was funny, and had the best energy (we could listen to her for hours!) The tour was informative. It was a good mix of the supernatural and real science. Regardless we were left with chills and thrills! Best way to spend 2 hours.”

“Definitely consider leaving the French Quarter during your trip to NOLA to check out this swamp tour! We booked the "Large Up To 30 Guest Airboat" and it was perfect for us. We were able to choose from a large list of locations for the bus to pick us up. The directions were sent to us in an email and were very easy to follow: they said to allow 30 minutes for the bus to show up, but ours arrived right on time and even called to say he was close. It was a nice drive to Lafitte and, when we arrived, we were able to sit and relax with a drink while we waited for the airboat. Definitely take the airboat if you are able, I think we will go for the smallest one next time! Our tour guide was a Lafitte native who was very knowledgeable about gators and the entire ecosystem. Definitely check out this tour!”

”My family and I took the Haunted History bus tour and we had an excellent experience, I wasn’t sure at first considering my kids ages range from 18-9 but all 3 boys really enjoyed it and thought it was very interesting and entertaining! Our tour guide was very well educated on all things Haunted histories when it came to New Orleans and it made the experience even better because he was a native. I wish we could have booked more tours with Ghosts and Gators because they were definitely the best at getting us booked and taken care of very well! Even though there were a few tour’s running simultaneously it never interfered with our tour and fun! I highly recommend Ghosts and Gators for all your booking needs while in New Orleans!!”

“Been wanting to do a swamp tour for a few years coming to NOLA and the weather finally cooperated. The sun entices the gators to come out. We had a warm and sun filled morning. The gator viewing was great. Our guide was fantastic, giving us loads of information based on his local history of 40 years in the bayou. The van was comfortable and ran smoothly. I recommend Gators and Ghosts’ airboat tour for a fun experience.”
